hello there.
hello there.
hello there. hello there.
I’m Kelley, a creative director based in Toronto. The work you see here consists of select projects I’ve either conceived of, written for, or led—sometimes all three.
About me.
My background is in writing—I’ve worked on everything from food to fashion to finance, and more. I started as a proofreader/copywriter at a retail design firm, which gave me an eye not only for inconsistancies, but also for beautiful design.
Over the years, I’ve had the good fortune of having worked with a wide range of amazing creatives and collaborative clients, and they’re all an integral part of what’s shown here.
Another important part of my work is fun—whether I’m pitching a big idea with drag queens and hairless cats (true story), helping a junior creative out of a slump, or finding surprising new ways for a brand to engage its consumers, the best part of my job is making it inspiring and enjoyable for everyone involved.
My work has been recognized by Creativepool, The Shorty Awards, FPO, Under Consideration, Applied Arts, The Design Exchange, Strategy Magazine, and more.
(PS: The floral images you see on these pages were arranged and photographed by me, because I’m also a huge flower nerd.)
