When COVID-19 hit, waxing salons nationwide were forced to close their doors. For my client, this mean not only a drop in revenue, but the genuine threat of losing their clients to DIY hair removal for good. But we knew that even if EWC was physically closed, the brand itself could still be a source of confidence and expertise. So we brought the experts to the people, via an online forum where EWC could reassure clients and give them the answers and knowledge they’d come to value and rely on. And, in doing so, we gave EWC a way to stay relevant and top-of-mind.

This project was shortlisted in the social category of the 2021 Creativepool Awards, and was a finalist in the 2020 Shorty Awards in two categories: IGTV and Instructional Video.
